Joint Venture Agreement Signed

Juteborg Sweden AB and Razzaque Jute Industries Ltd (RJIL) have signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 1st December 2019 at MAQS Law firm in Gothenburg Sweden to form a Joint Venture Company (JVC) in Bangladesh named Juteborg Razzaque Bangladesh Ltd.

The JVC is aiming for developing & commercializing Jute based innovation. Besides, both the companies are also committed to transforming the Jute value chain through Juteborg’s project called Farmer to Factory Jute Supply Chain™ (F2F™).
